Beginning August 1, 2020, Roosevelt Vision is now being able to bill for exams, eyewear, and contact lenses to these vision plans:
 

• Eye Med 

• Spectera 

• Davis Vision 

• Aetna 

• Blue Vision 

• Superior Vision
   

Although we are not  a preferred  provider with the above plans, we can bill them as an  out-of-network provider. You will pay Roosevelt Vision at the time of your visit and will be reimbursed by your insurance within 3 to 4 weeks. 

We found many people unknowingly let their benefits go unused or thought they were required to visit only network providers. It is true that reimbursements for non-contracted services are lower to you, however, this gives us the ability to offer direct discounts on your eyewear that rival (and sometimes exceed)  your network savings.

Billing out of network vision plans is a new service we are providing to our valued patient base. Roosevelt Vision has offered the finest eye care in Seattle since 1949 and given the changes in the insurance industry we have dedicated our future to maintaining our independence to continue to offer the best possible experience to you.
